Website Template & Pricing

Since it is difficult to give you a standard quote on web design, we have decided to offer you a template to work on. Should you however want to create a web site different to the following templates, we will be glad to individualize your quotation.

Option 1

    a) Design will be for 1 Page in 1 Language only, as per option 1 sample graphic.

    Price is N$ 500.00 and includes Search Engine submissions.

    b) Design will be for 2 Pages, 1 Language per page (ex.: German and English), as per option 1 sample graphic.

    Price is N$ 800.00 and includes Search Engine submissions.

Option 2

    a) Design as per option 1 a), with navigation for linked pages in 1 language only as per option 2 sample graphic.

    Price is N$ 600.00 for introduction page including Navigation and  Search Engine submissions. All additional pages N$ 200.00 per page.

     Introduction Page  N$  600.00

    - Rates Page  N$  200.00

    - Booking Page  N$  200.00

    - Location Page  N$  200.00

    Total Amount  N$ 1200.00

    b) Design as per option 1 b), with navigation for linked pages in 2 languages only as per option 2 sample graphic.

    Price is N$ 900.00 for introduction pages including Navigation and Search Engine submissions. All additional pages N$ 200.00 per page.

    Introduction Pages(2 languages) N$  900.00

    - Rates Pages (2 languages)  N$  400.00 (N$ 200.00 each)

    - Booking Pages (2 lang.)  N$  400.00

    - Location Pages (2 lang.)  N$  400.00

    Total Amount    N$ 2100.00

Conditions

  • All textual content to be done preferable in Microsoft Word and on Disc or CD.
  • Pictures, Logos all other graphical images on Disc or CD.
  • Photos, which need to be scanned to be put in an envelope with your Name clearly on it.

Other Pricing:

Domain Registration (www.yourdomain.com) N$ 250.00 per year

Domain Setup Fee N$ 299.00 once off

Monthly Hosting of Domain N$ 180.00

Maintenance & Changes to Website

This cost will depend on the size of Change!

Search Engine Registration:

It is vital for your organization to be listed on the search engines. 70% of web visitors arrive through search engines.

  • Monthly search engine registration: N$ 150.00
  • Quarterly search engine registration: N$ 200.00
  • Once off search engine registration: N$ 300.00

Payment:

Please note that a 50% deposit is required before work will commence on your website. Full payment is due after completion of project.
